Is the GVA a connection through GCI. Don't forget flybe do a lot of connections, MAN-SOU-VRN one of these as an example.

I suspect we won't see Newquay as it was operated by a Glasgow originating aircraft. GLA - NQY is dropped for 2020.

It may be a glitch or some weird connection option, but looking at the Flybe website earlier Edinburgh was showing as a destination. Couldn’t actually locate any flights though (direct or otherwise)

In 2019 Newquay was operated by the late morning Isle of Man aircraft on both Tuesday and Saturday.

It’s just possible that it could be true. On the news earlier this week it was reported that Trans Pennine Rail are cutting Lpl to Edinburgh direct routes. I think from 3 a day to 1. This may be their reaction to this news.

Trans Peninne Express seem to be in a right mess. They started Liverpool to Glasgow too, thats had loads of cancellations . Both their new Scottish links were already late in commencement. Flybe did fly LPL to GLA and EDI

I wonder if Blue Island are able to set up their own booking engine if all goes pop.
Otherwise its LPL-IOM, I imagine someone would want to take Flybe's place, seems a long since since stalwart service of Manx Airlines.

I can only see Loganair or Eastern but as neither fly through LPL it looks like the airport will be down three flights per day unless EZY put through more rotations.

Does the IOM government require a certain number of flights due to hospital visits and connectivity of the island ?
could a foreign operator base themselves on the island, like Aer Arran for example ?
