Tony, That would be great I wouldn't put anything past this current squad but at the same time we know how horribly wrong it can go sometimes Hull & West Brom come instantly to mind. Regards Les

That picture cannot have been there long, as I have visited the LJLA website and looked at the 'latest news' items several times in the past few days, but only seen an Airbus A.320 in Iberia scheme photo.
LFC have already published several of their summer friendlies. Of possible interest to us, with the chance of a team charter are:
Olympiacos at Anfield on Sunday 27th July and Milan, also at Anfield at Saturday 2nd August. No away friendlies listed yet.
The answer to Wardmanstuart's question = 16th March 1977. (That must be my fastest ever answer!)

I might be reading too much into this, but I've noticed the latest status/tweet on both the airport's Facebook and Twitter page's have been liked by jetXtra.com! It was rumoured a while ago back in Feb when they said 'watch this space'.

The squad will be basing themselves in Boston for a week or two, presumably chartering an aircraft

Makes sense. Same website as indicated home games gave the kick-off for each game, plus another against Manchester City, at around midnight.
So will that be Garuda to and around America? Probably not, Titan more likely.

I have been wondering if the jetXtra.com operation might expand from Humberside (do MAG still own this airport ?) over to Liverpool. If Manchester not involved with Humberside anymore that would help I imagine. I also have an idea the chap behind jetXtra is from Liverpool ?

Humberside is now owned by Eastern Airlines/Bristow Helicopters.

I know that this sort of set up requires bonds, but how safe will the company be?
