Maybe lenny could be onto something when he said 'trying to price Liverpool out of the market '.

These Madrid fares being quoted for 8th, 11th and 12th October, are they 2012 or 2013? The discussion started related to Malaga and August 2013, has it wandered away?

It is in response to Charlie's Reply 28 Where Ali Gayward of easyJet at Liverpool has for some years performed poorly.
So, no, personally I do not think it has wandered away from the topic of which the discussion on Malaga hs been but a small part.
The fares do relate to October 2012 for clarification.

Thomas Cook won't be using easyjets Liverpool services for S13 for the package holiday side. They are only using airport they currently fly from with the exception of London Southend. You can still book with Thomas Cook through Flexitrips, that's why you can see LPL on the drop down list for S12.

What constraints? I asked two questions and got two straightforward answers, even though I have difficulty in relating the relevance of Madrid Oct '12 fares (high fares, full aeroplane) to a discussion regarding possible policy changes affecting the fare structure Aug '13 (high fares, presumably still empty aeroplane).
The constraints from Mods regard slanging matches, I personally don't see one ongoing here at present.

Looking at the schedules for the peak summer in 2013, it looks like they have yet to reveal the full timetable as there are gaps in them.
On Mondays and Fridays there is space to fit a return rotation of around 1hr50mins each way.
On Thursdays and Sundays they can fit a return of around 1hr15mins each way.
There is also room to fit a return on Tuesday evenings as one aircraft finished early @2040.
