Thanks for all the positive comments,I very much enjoyed my week in the DPRK,and I hope to go back next september, there is a rumour that Air Koryo, will not be allowed to operate any aircraft other than the two TU204,S,on any international routes, and that includes China!,from 2013,that would would be a shame,as I think there is very little chance of new equipment, but they have said they will continue to operate the old Soviet era fleet within the DPRK,as always time will tell,When I go back next year,I hope to come back to London, all the way by train from Pyongyang station via Beijing and then, via the Trans Siberian railway, heres hoping. thanks for looking, Calflier.

I have just had word, that North Korea, has stopped all tourists, due to the Ebola outbreak worldwide, who knows how long this will last, feel sorry for anyone booked on forthcoming trips ,this means the border with South Korea,China and Russia is effectively closed until further notice.
