BBC is reporting that the Indian airline Spicejet has grounded it's fleet due to difficulties getting companies to refuel their planes. www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-30510278Let's hope this can be resolved; wouldn't want to see another airline disappear. Kev

Boeing won't be very pleased as they signed an order for 42 737Max8's in March. Lufthansa will also need to find another India sector codeshare partner too. Looks like they have failed to recognise or react quickly enough to increasing competition. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SpiceJet

At least two of Spicejet's returned to lessor 738s are at Lasham.
There are two 737-900s in the fleet besides the 800s.

Correction to my last post.
3 Spicejet 738s at Lasham.
VT-SPQ, M-ABGX (VT-SGL), SP-ENT (VT-SGO) now painted in Enter Air colours. The new registration of the latter IS correct(SPENT) although presently registered M-ABGY prior to delivery.
