Uncle Clives Christmas Car quiz

I have noticed a trend to have occasional "what is this" for cars so I have compiled a quiz for all you Petrol Head forum members.

Format borrowed from Flight International and Uncle Roger. All however my photos!

Luckily it is raining today as it has taken ages to put together. So time to dust off the cobwebs and exercise the grey matter, best idea is while enjoying a mince pie and glass of wine. Settle back and hope you all enjoy the challenge. 

Some are easy some I thinks are very hard. All I would ask is that when doing the quiz , no cheating and asking google. There are 100 points in total to be won. I will publish the answers in a week giving everyone plenty of time, so put your answers up on the forum and note them down yourselves. Anyone who scores the maximum of 100 wins a date with the supermodel of their choice and meal at the Shard+ the car of their choice from the entrants.

So what was this microcar affectionately called. for 2 points. Other two are original maker and who licence built it.
No points for this but who made a car that looked very similar.

2. Vauxhall Chevette - was the fast one a HSR?
3. Humber - don’t know the model
4. Ford Sierra Cosworth
5. Bond Bug
6. Aston Martin - they all look the same to me, my guess is Virage
7. ? I’m stumped on this one
8. Peel Microcar. Don’t know the other model
9. Auto Union which became Audi, don’t know the model
10. Ferrari Dino
11. A guess with Matra Simca Bagherra (I had a toy one 😁)
12. Corvette Stingray, not sure of series
13. Corvette Stingray, not sure of series
14. Ford Mustang fastback
15. Dodge Charger - Dukes Of Hazard and General Lee
16. Isetta/BMW Bubble Car
17. Lamborghini Urus, I think all Lamborghini’s are named after famous Bulls
18. Lamborghini Jalpa - I think
19. Ferrari Testa Rosa, which means red head after the red part he engine
20. I think this is a Tesla that was based on a Lotus Elise, not sure of the name

A very good try. Number 7 I suspect will be the crucial one,.When I saw it I too had absolutely no idea what it was.

Agree with Ian but I Think number 3 is a hilman super minx.
Number 7 is a real hard one, Vespa/Skoda perhaps.

Now I like the odd classic curve or two but I thought this was supposed to be a competition. I can name the airliner and a few others but wont be able to get them all so, wont be entering.

Well some excellent guesses and attempts so far but large crate of beer goes to Jet Dragon for getting Number 7 the Frisky correct.

So overall quite a few correct answers so far, however 4 is not correct. 11 and 12 have parts missing and 11 incorrect at present.

Is No.4 a RS500?

I think Ian's right with the RS500 ,that must be worth a few quids.
Chevy Corvette series c3 (is that the one much liked by astronauts ?) and a C6 perhaps.

Its not a C6, surprised no one has picked up the clue in the picture.
C3 is correct however.

Think of another go faster Sierra , clue is visible in the picture although you have to look hard!
