I took my grandson kart racing to this place yesterday and after I'd parked up, I noticed this beast sitting on top of a container at the entrance. There was no reference to it. but I'm sure someone on the forum will know something about it. Obviously N-reg previously, but it just seemed a very odd place for it to end up - although it's not far from Stansted

No reference to a Cessna twin under any of the entries for Hertfordshire in W&R25 (2016). Nearby Essex produced a possible 'hit' under the entry for North Weald Aerodrome:
N41098 Cessna 421B, accident 2-212 (their typo, not mine, W&R24 says 2-12), first noted 9-12, latest report 8-14.
What does W&R26 (2018) have to say, anyone?
Dave Calveley's answer came within a minute and a half of me posing the question. Dave your research and typing speeds are truly impressive!!!

Thanks guys. Better to be told twice than not at all! Well North Weald is not far away, so that makes sense. I was surprised that it still had the engines intact, but I don't suppose there a lot of rare metals in Continental engines. Based on the reg, I did a bit of research and it appears to have been damaged in a landing accident at Fairoaks on 1st January 1992. From the angle I had, as per the photo, I couldn't see any damage, but maybe it was cosmetically patched up before being mounted on the container(s). None of the people at the karting centre seemed to know anything about it, but I suppose their interest is in more ground-based machines. link
