We went here this weekend and I must say it was very enjoyable and informative. A really nicely laid out museum.
Cockpit tours are very reasonably priced and the tour guide was a nice lad and new a great deal about each aircraft.
The cockpits open were: Vc10 Nimrod (quite a large nose section with navigator Station included) Lancaster (replica) Vulcan Avro Anson
There is also a nose section of Canberra, although you can't get in it there is enough room to get your head through the entrance hatch and have a good look around.
We also ate in the cafe which was very reasonable and visited the shop which had a good selection of bits and bibs to buy as well as quite a few books for sale.
I would definitely recommend a visit
