Does the ownership have any links to the Russian Nordwind Airlines? Remarkably similar name, and even the logo is very similar (although flipped 90 degrees). Your suspicions are correct, there is a connection. Southwind Airlines and Holiday Best are owned by a Turkish businessman. His wife has significant control of Nordwind Airlines and is effectively the owner.

Liverpool now appears as an option in the drop down menu of the Southwind app. No flights showing yet though when trying a trial booking.
The Holiday Best website now has this operating on Monday evenings (arr from Antalya 22:05, dep 23:05) using an A321.

Flights now bookable, (2S867/868) and type confirmed on the website as A321.
2S867 dep AYT 19:10 arr LPL 22:05 2S868 dep LPL 23:05 arr AYT 05:15
Flights operating from 25/3/24 to 26/8/24. Seems a slightly early finish but consistent with the routes it is launching to Leeds and Manchester, for example, which also seem to stop at the end of August.
