We always used to get the cirrus jet from Biggin when liverpool had a home game. Out of interest has this been replaced ? If you do a search on FR24 it last flew Gloucester > Guernsey on 15th December 2023. It was in a hangar at Guernsey pinging (and making crazy patterns) on 21st December 2023. It has not pinged since - so presumably it is still there and unairworthy 🤔

This evening's Wizz Air flight from Gdansk has diverted to Amsterdam en-route. The aircraft, HA-LXO, is now due to arrive Liverpool, from Amsterdam, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Do we know where the Icelandic Dash 8 arrived from and departed to?

An interesting footnote from one of my e-mail Groups regarding TF-SIF DHC-8C seen in Málaga today ....
"This will be based in Málaga on behalf of Frontex (European Border and Security Agency). It will be monitoring migrants crossing the Mediterranean from North Africa. The Icelandic Coast Guard regularly deploy to Malaga on this mission".

Just to add to earlier info, here is the Icelandic Coast Guard Dash 8 sat on an otherwise empty military apron at Malaga Sunday evening. I have seen this aircraft at Malaga in the past on humanitarian refugee observation duties. I was on an airport run to drop a neighbour onto the Liverpool flight (EI-DWH), so have another trip to Malaga/AGP in the diary for a fortnight's time to meet the return leg. Photo thread (on the correct section for Malaga/AGP photos) to follow .....
