SE-RBA MD 87 Danish Air Transport is due 08:00 out 10:00 to Milan. Ken Apologies if this is in another thread, but Danish Air Transport two days running - is this a new service or just an occasional visitor and a coincidence? Kevin

Cliff, Just letting people know the time they landed as I saw the aircraft. Just in case as you are well aware that some people see aircraft and ask for registrations, and hopefully the times listed by myself may tie up with sightings made by other members of this group. I don't require any info, and I am quite surprised you asked me this particular question. Happy Days Bob PS The KLM this afternoon is PH-KZP. Again if anyone is interested. Bob, I don't collect any information whatsoever. Please don't be surprised by my question. I'm far from "well aware" of anything posted on here. I am quite simply happy to watch and photograph aeroplanes come and go.

Speculation on Saturday about the Danish Air Transport MD-87 visit (as it departed empty) centered on it behaving as though it had brought in a celebrity/group/performers, perhaps for a show at the Echo Arena - only no one knew who was expected to perform Saturday night! This would tend to be supported by its Sunday am return. Very, very unlikely to have been football supporters for Everton v Man City (football being the main source for one-off weekend charters).
Do I recall hearing on the grapevine that an Atlantic Aviation BAe.146/RJ85 is due next weekend(?) with football supporters from the Faroes to watch LFC - anyone confirm/provide times etc (or have I missed the relevant post?).

We had an aircraft operate into Chester on Saturday with a famous boyband who were performing at a wedding that evening somewhere on the Wirral.
Maybe the MD87 had some connection ? Guests, perhaps ?
