Hi JJ. From your comments on the forum at the time, I think we were either the following week, or week before, our cruise was 7th - 14th March 2011. Seem to remember you posted photos of an interesting helicopter on a destroyer - all I spotted at a port of call was a British submarine and supply ship. viscount, have worked it out we followed you on to the ship on the 14th, the helicopter you mention was Iranian on a supply ship berthed close by we also had in port an Italian naval ship and a couple of Indian naval vessels one of which was based on the Leander type Frigates (H.M.S Plymouth type) will dig out photos and post JJ

Indian navy Nice to see this one still riding the waves. If you thought she looked familiar she's former Falklands veteran, HMS Andromeda.

Nice to see one still going. Bit of news regarding HMS Plymouth, After rotting away for the past few years in Vittoria Dock Birkenhead, she has been sold to a turkish ship breakers so departure will be in the next few weeks. Such a shame for a historic vessel
