I find it very interesting reading about the cruise ships now visiting Liverpool. I gather that the Cruise terminal is limited to "passing trade" rather than cruise departures. Having been on many a cruise in my time, I am puzzled as to exactly what the passengers find of interest for a whole day in a city like Liverpool especially when it is raining. (Same goes for Dublin.) OK. I know that's going to be a bit controversial, but, after all, there is only so much time you can spend in the Albert Dock and the Cathedrals. My idea of a cruise destination is somewhere like Antigua, Bermuda, Madeira or the Greek Islands. I imagine the arrival in Liverpool is pretty good, tying up next to "The Liver", etc. Cruising up the river to Lisbon is pretty good too.
Does anybody keep a log of arrivals at the cruise terminal? Could be interesting to see.

;D ;D ;D Obviously not been to Liverpool for a few years Ron. Time to dust off the old Cessna and book it into LJLA's GA facility. Bet when you find you can't see everything you want too in a day you'll be back too
