Great shots and a good variety of colours supplied by Go-Ahead. Does Gateshead only have two operators though?
John, The answer is no. They seem to spend more time on the pits than on the road. In theory you are supposed to be able to drive them anywhere a 12m rigid goes but that doesn't work in practice. Judging from the photo of the silver and blue one, the passengers and driver are in for a rough ride unless the suspension sorts itself out PDQ.
Liverpoolman1, I have to agree - they are nice to look at.

Looks like the begining of the end for the bendies in the North East. Go-Ahead, owners of the ones pictured here have just ordered 13 double deckers to replace bendies currently being used on the X9 and X10 services.
This news of further re-investment come hot on the heals of a 91% customer satisfaction rating. Perhaps their trying to make that rise a percentage point or two in the near future.
