Lufthansa should pick up as we move into Spring / Summer , they had higher loads last year. A few dates in May have A319 ops.

Airport social media channels reporting that they passed the one million passenger mark for the year today. Hopefully with a decent summer and winter they can continue to get back towards pre-pandemic levels.

It appears that Easyjet are saying there is a sharp rise in demand for flights this year (trading update yesterday) CEO said the “usual suspects” of Majorca, Malaga, alicante and Amsterdam are among its most popular destinations. Doesn’t seem to reflect in the offering from liverpool Particularly the poor Amsterdam service they are offering, which seems to continue into next year. Time for KLM again.

It’s frustrating but they’re a business at the end of the day. If you can generate as much revenue operating one full flight a day to Antalya (and with the prospect of more additional fees for luggage and onboard sales) as you can with three returns to Amsterdam, what would you do?
