Firstly, a couple of comments on residents:- I notice this morning that the Ravenair PA38 is now G-RVNC (when did they swop it with VNB?); Chieftain G-LIDE is now in what appear to be the (apt) "house-colours" of Woodgate/Blue Sky Investments - i.e overall sky blue with silver reg; and the Jetstream 31 G-CCPW (which I assume is still in the back of the Manx2 hangar ?), has been reserved as SP-DRB for Skybird Sp.
First exec of the month was the smart Phenom 300 G-CHKE which landed at 0930 and is due out at 1130 to Oxford, on delivery from Brazil. Flybe used G-FBEC today on the delayed Birmingham service.

Also on Monday the first Easyjet service from Gatwick was operated by G-EZDO and arrived 20 minutes early.
Yesterday was very quiet with only a go-around by a Typhoon at 1315 - callsign sounded like "Cannon 21" ?

Well, it WAS (fairly) quiet by the time it reached Peel ! Newly registered Challenger 605 M-AYRU arrived this morning from Montreal, calling as "Exclusivejet 800F" - it parked up on V behind its big brother Global Express OY-MSI clearly showing the difference in size. Also recently registered (ex Swiss) the Cessna 182T G-NYKS arrived about an hour later and parked at Manx Flyers.

M-ATRU night-stopped and departed today after lunch as "XJC801".
Cessna 172 G-GYAV was at Manx Flyers, whilst Beech C90 M-WLLM was outside EAM.
Easyjet from Gatwick was even earlier today, at 14.40 - 30 minutes ahead of schedule - in the form of G-EZBX.

Incidently, has anyone seen the Dornier D-ILKA lately - I can't recall seeing for about a week, and today I noted one of the Lets departing as "Eurovan 66G" which I recall was one of the flights usually operated by "Keil air" - has Manx2.com ceased operating the Dornier ?

Reasonably busy today. First was G-EZAP operating EZY 853/4 from Gatwick. Piper PA-28R G-BIDI arrived and parked at Manx flyers before departing a couple of hours later. Then the arrival of Gama Aviation Citation 525A G-CGUZ as "GAMMA373"at 12:15. Operating EZY635/6 from Liverpool was G-EZIV. Arriving at 15:00 was Capital B200 G-ZVIP to Victor (on a medical flight).
A few transiting aircraft to note were Cessna 210 Centurion G-SEEK Piper PA-28A G-AVLC Also an Unidentified C130K Hercules preformed a few go-arounds before heading north at 17:20.

The C130K yesterday was ZH888 as "RRR054".
Earlier an unidentified light-coloured C130 went west over the IOM at 1344.
Today the return flight from Verona was, once again, LYFLH, whilst Easyjet ex Gatwick was GEZAA - that's a different one on each flight so far - perhaps they might get round to the newer ones eventually ?

The two Easyjets yesterday (Monday) were G-EZGC on LGW and G-EZIV on LPL.
Of interest is that the long-time-stored ATP SE-LGV has been moved, it is now up at the Turkeyland end alongside Metroliner EC-GPS. Which begs the question 'why?' Is the the old hangar base that it was on going to be used for something else? More stored ATPs? Or is SE-LGV finally going to get the chop? It is actually a low-hours ATP, which is why it has been stored with a view to flying again one day, but it must have suffered over the past two years in the salt-laden coastal climate.

Another quiet Tuesday with only a couple of visits by Martin-Baker's Kingair G-BGRE of any interest.
However, this morning Serbian Cessna 550 Bravo YU-BZZ made a very pleasant change - (this is only the second Serbian I can recall seeing here - the other being Excel YUBZM a couple of years ago).
Regular Learjet 40 N700KG arrived a little later.

Braving the appalling weather today was Gulfstream 55 M-BJEP, the former HB-JEP, in at 1350 from Zurich and out at 1455 to St Petersburg after parking on Stand 3,
Easyjet from Gatwick was G-EZEW.

I forgot. Kielair returned yesterday in the shape of DILKA, still in the non-standard red scheme.
