Yes,the Typhoon used `Meerkat` on the fly-through switching to Rebel58 on leaving the frequency.Confirmed visually as T.3 "EB-H" in 41Sq markings. Good show from the RAF and good luck to Adrian.

All the very best Adrian and Margaret on both your retirements. You will be able to join us old farts on the mound on a regular basis now that you have called it a day and reiterating what others have said, thanks for keeping us well informed over the years. Regards Brian/Beemer.

Have a great retirement--like you I truly enjoyed my job and thought I would find retirement hard to adjust to---don't believe it you get to do ALL those jobs you left til another day--THEN life begins at a better pace and becomes pleasure filled.
Thanks for all your contributions to the forum--you leave large boots to fill. Kind regards
John

As others have said, many thanks for all the information you have supplied and we hope to see you a little more on the mound in the future, but you may have to get there early for a good spec From my experience of retirement, you have more time to think about all the things you were going to do when you retired....but still don't have time to do them Phil

Adrian Over the past couple of years that I have been visiting the mound I have to say "You have been a great help with all the news you have passed on to us " without that info some of us would have left early and missed quite a bit of military aircraft and for that we (Meerkats) THANK YOU. I hope you and your wife have a Happy Retirement " Best Wishes to you both "

Crikey, retirement? I remember the days before ATC when you were part of airport security...our paths haven't crossed for a while but I hope you enjoy waving goodbye to shift work and make the most of retirement! Best also to Margaret.

Thanks for everything over the years, especially your airside photos and those taken from the tower.
