After 1 hour and about 500yds I decided enough was enough and turned back. No work today. Wish I could have done that Instead of the normal three trips from the airport to town and back I only managed two. Also got diverted by the Police (due to an accident) down a two way road only wide enough for three vehicles with cars parked on both sides - what a nightmare that was. I was also due to finish at 3pm but didn't get back to the depot until 5. I must admit enjoyed the scenery when I got the odd chance to take my eyes off the road ;D

My auntie's mate works in Somerfield in Dingle. And for the people who live far away (as the buses and trains stopped) They slept in the store last night.

;D Retired --looking through the window at a sight covering of the nasty stuff. Not going out until its gone. The ski resorts are in raptures about it.
Hope the flights can get off in UK.
Chambery is OPEN.
As is Lyon and Geneva--but then they expect snow every year and have the equipment.
We so rarely have snow in the UK that it always comes as a surprise.

Lol i didn't mean it like that Cloud, I meant it as when i was a lot younger than i am now. Me & a few friends used to sit on the wall of the carpark behind and have a good laugh & not cause any trouble at all. and i know the area well as i used to walk past there on my way to work too (Beemer will probably know the Cherry Tree Pub).
