You could take a break for lunch ;D Provided you provide a timetable, weather permitting there shouldn't be too much of a problem. I should imagine the draft would only be 3 to 4 feet therefore, moving up or down river to avoid sand banks or even reach another exit point could also be possible. If Stagecoach can trial it on the Clyde, Peel could invite them or Arriva to do it here. Providing its not too expensive to do (remember the crew and vehicle are only on hire and temporary ramps could be constructed) I can't see why a feasibility study can't be carried out. It may be worthwhile keeping a close eye on the Clyde project
