Due in this month should be Tutors G-CGKV, G-CGKW & G-CGKX which according to AFM magazine are still with the manufacturer awaiting delivery.
I heard a Tutor yesterday using a UAY Cosford callsign, any idea of a reg?

With the new Grob deliveries, where have the previously based Grobs gone ?
Does anyone have a record of which Grobs have been Woodvale based since they replaced the Bulldogs?

Someone asked me today about 3 grey helicopters spotted heading to Woodvale in formation from the south, sounding like navy lynx from the description. Does anyone know anything about them?

There has been much comment last week and into the current week on a Special Ops style exercise involving 2 Chinook and 2 Hercules off Valley and Leeming on www.valleyaviationsociety.net following links to the forum. This involved at times parachute drops from the Hercules into the sea and launching assult craft from the Chinooks. On Friday last week one of the Chinooks was working with HMS Albion in Morecambe Bay/Irish Sea. The Chinooks have used 'Lifter 1' and 'Lifter 2' throughout. On Friday 19th 'Lifter 1' was ZA684, 'Lifter 2' ZD982/DG, 'Reynard 1' XV196 and 'Reynard 2' ZH882.
