Hi folks,
I am thinking of popping into LPL this evening to have a look around and grab some supper, is there anywhere to eat landside these days and can you still see out onto the airfield, or is it like Manchester and it's all gone??
Sorry for such a time waster post but help much appreciated ...

You can still see aircraft from the Burger King on level three, for the time being. This will soon become airside.

Any idea if there will be any vantage points in the terminal once the Burger King windows go off limits? Although paying the car park fee is a pain, it is much easier to nip in there to catch EZY/RYR if in a hurry than to wait for them to move and be seen from the perimeter.
Thx, Richard

Here goes my 500th post.
Sorry Richard, once the terminal refurbishment work is further on, then the whole terminal above the ground floor will be airside - landside access to the top floor windows and apron view will disappear, regretably.
EasyJet, apron Tango can be seen from the long stay car park fence, but the main apron will largely be hidden.

The airport are still considering the concept of CCTV with live webcams of the apron available on line, not the same but it will be a help. Security of course is the problem in all these things.
