It was a reasonably bright and dry day for a walk around Pennington.The berries are mostly gone, so no thrushes this time.The water levels are higher still, making it difficult for waders and the kingfishers. I did, however, get some difficult views of a Kingfisher in a couple of places.....the first in great light and quite close, but as they often do, flew off as my finger approached the shutter button!
