There is a bulletin board specifically for military anoraks and on that a section for airband frequencies with posts such as this: www.fightercontrol.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=185733Specifically for military airband info there is the milspammers group, and the best public bulletin board for the subject: milscanners.groups.io/g/egroupThere is also a fairly expensive book which was published just before everyone in Europe (the geographical area of which the UK is a part) implemented some major changes. I beleive the publisher maintains an update page for purchasers. The Valley Aviation Society used to have a website with frequency info. No idea if it still does The best way to get up to date information is to use the search capability of your airband 'scanners' and do regular searches - it will give you the freqs that are really relevent to your area of reception.

Valley Aviation Society website, frequencies page: www.valleyaviationsociety.co.uk/spotter-guideThere is no comment on when the list was compiled, or if it is still current, however other pages on the website have clearly been updated during 2020. Clear annotated photo of the best viewing/photography spots.

Clear annotated photo of the best viewing/photography spots. Doesn't show interplane freqs (maybe they never did), frequencies aren't up to date, nor are the based unit notes. Guess that was a dead end...sorry

You don't say where you are but the next hour would be a good time to be searching as POISON1 Flight (ZK013/ZK031) are on their way out to play with POISON3 (ZK013) in the block Surface to 23000 East of Mann

08:00 14th Jul. ========== Four formation flights up at the moment. A few minutes searching and they are: AGONY on 338.000 AXIS on 371.825 DEVIL on 232.3000
Other flight not noted but highly likely there was no R/T in the few minutes I let the scanner run.
(None-Valley Plenty of Merkins up on the other side of the country and comms from two E3s (one talking to a Merkin tanker) also heard during bthe search span.)
10:55 14th Jul. ========== Two formation flights up NINJA on 246.850 REPTILE on 241.300
Both flights sharing 400 complex due to weather. NINJA in SE and REPTILE to their NW. As weather improved REPTILE went back SW of Anglesey
(None-Valley Plenty of traffic heard over Donna Nook and Holbeach ranges and usual activity from Shawbury egg-beaters)
14:55 14th Jul. ========== Single formation flight up PAGAN on 374.350

As can be seen there is a pattern of frequency/callroot usage so below will be last record unless a Valley section or radio monitoring section comes into existence ;)
11:00 16th Jul. ========== Formation flights NINJA flight of three on 241.850 west of the island POISON flight of three on 372.525 off the Fylde coast MUSTANG pair on 343.800 over Snowdonia
There was an earlier pair flight CUTLASS on 373.350
VERY busy morning for radio with Exercise Point Blank traffic over to the East. Largest aerial exercise in UK airspace so far this year
