The banner towing Cessna was ott Kew 12:07 hrs heading south, the banner read " Sleep tight Jennifer I will always love you " it returned at 12:41 hrs heading north, it made a second flight at 14:51 hrs heading south, it returned at 15:09 hrs heading north, the banner was for someones 50th birthday, I could not make out the name.
