We had a week in the lakes next to Windermere. The weather didn't encourage me to take the camera out much, but I managed a couple of evening walks where we saw some deer:

On the final day we had a trip to Foulshaw moss, hoping to see reptiles for my granddaughter and some of the specialities for me. The Ospreys were flying in the distance and a Hobby flew passed in pursuit of dragonflies. We didn't see any snakes, but lizards were abundant to the point where my granddaughter became bored with them.
I've tried to ID what was seen, but open to suggestions with some...aeroplanes are easy in comparison!
