MALAGA AIRPORT, Afternoon visit

Looking for something to do to on a Sunday before the GP F1 on television, while visiting FR24 found there would be 3 wide-body flights in Malaga Airport during the afternoon. So a viable trip to AGP to see these and be back just after the GP start (remember Spain is an hour ahead time-wise) possible, so pack the collapsible chair, a bottle of water and set off after an early lunch.
Malaga has returned to 2-runway operation in the three weeks since I was last there, so aircraft were landing out of sight and appeared having taxied around the terminal. Departing aircraft appear seemingly out of vegetation on my left, climbing rapidly left to right overhead. As the museum is closed on Sundays, the 12 or so biz-jets parked on the executive ramp were not identified, however there was quite a bit of coming and going. An enjoyable two and a half hours, mostly under a shady big tree on an otherwise sunny and rather hot afternoon. With the late afternoon sun behind me, good photography, although anything on the ground shimmered in the heat.

Shortly before I departed FR24 note an Embraer ERJ-195 EC-LIN of Air Europe landed, but it will have parked out of sight of my location. Don't recall having seen an ERJ-195 of Air Europe at Malaga before.
Not far off a third of all the jet airliners seen was a Ryanair, a reflection of their dominance in European skies. Despite their recent establishment of a base at Malaga, not a great number of EasyJet aircraft around on a Sunday afternoon and out-numbered by Vueling.
Good to see an A.330, A.350 and a B.787 during the same visit.
