Let's hope that Liverpool and Manchester get the bulk of any traffic that may be comming in for this conference. I am thinking it depends on how much space ie;stands, LJLA have available at that time and for how long,i just hope the LJLA operations have it all in hand, Its going to be very interesting

There are five easyJet aircraft stored on the main apron taking up valuable space.

It’s a three day summit, so quite possible that any visitors (especially European nations) would not stay parked up for the whole period, just dropping off and coming back on the Sunday?

Having just done COP26 a lot of aircraft did a drop & go or parked elsewhere eg: the Bulgarian Fa2000 went to Newcastle ! The question is what and how many can we handle ? The GA ramp has a weight restriction and the main ramp has stands 10,11,12,14 (for anything large) 33 > 37,39,40 & 41. As stated 5 are occupied by stored EasyJets. Can the old taxiway adjacent to the Speke Hall bund still be used ? most of us can remember the Emerald 748 fleet being pushed down there on Grand National days.

Any "heads up" on possible visiting aircraft. In fact given the requirement for all persons entering the UK to quarantine until test results are known, (Nominally two days.) Is this event likely to be cancelled or indeed reclassified as a "non event" like some Christmas parties?

Those rules won’t apply as there are exemptions for people on governmental / diplomatic business.

I doubt that the meeting will be cancelled, and as for any visitors Aircraft wise, I suspect that the delegates may have flown into the London Airports and may have travelled up on the Train to Liverpool as they are not so important as the ones where up at Glasgow.

If it is anything like COP26, arrivals will not be known (or kept under wraps) until the last minute.
