Ryanair FR3344 LPL/Kosice departed at around 0640 to the south, rather than north, before heading east.
This was due to the FR9130 MAN/FAO (dep 0620) holding to the north of Liverpool and sounding like a prop.

Flew to Dublin this morning on the Ryanair MAX. Unusually the flight boarded from Gate 1, even more unusual was the Malta Air MAX (Rome) was parked and boarding on the Tango stands.
No mention was made on board that we were flying on MAX. During the emergency briefing they called it a Boeing 737-8200.

The average passenger knows they're going in a metal, mostly, tube with seats in. As long as they are lucky enough, at the moment, to reach their destination, they are happy. As I say, no disrespect, intended.

In reply to Exaviator, in my short 42 years in cabin services I found passengers did know what they were flying on and they did have a preference especially in the premium cabins and yes the 747 came out tops every time.
