Visiting a relative in the area gave me an opportunity to make a visit here. It must rate as the most friendliest airfield I have ever visited. After a bit of lunch it was up to the Control Tower to ask for approval to walk around the field and the hangars that were open, with reflective jacket of course. So far I have been unable to identify two and any help in speeding up the process will be appreciated - ( now identified thanks to Viscount ). According to the military/civil marks cross-reference index in CAM '22, Focke Wolfe Fw-190 scale replica marked 'Luftwaffe 2+1:7334' is G-SYFW. The aerobatic machine is a Yakovlev Yak-55M (type thoughtfully provided on the tail) RA-01274/blue 03 with c/no.919103. It would appear to be currently Russian registered (certainly nothing shows on a search by type or c/no on website G-INFO) although it has been at Halfpenny Green for many years eg a 2014 visit report by the late 'BravoXray': derbosoft.proboards.com/thread/15096/halfpenny-green-18th?page=1
