Having failed miserably (twice) to photograph G-SOVH Cessna 525 at Liverpool, third time lucky plus a good excuse to go to Chocks Away .......
NOTES:-9H-IMP Legacy 650 was back outdoors adjacent to the Aerocare hangar. P4-JET Hawker 125-800B is now in the Aerocare hangar (minus its entry door) after many years in external storage. 5N-BTK Hawker 800XP was performing compass swings. G-WVIP Beech Kingair 200 Capital Aviation came out of Aerocare and did a local test flight.
G-CTSO Diamond DA40-NG arrived at 1320 hours and departed at 1526 hours.
T7-SMA Hawker 1000 and OE-GAC ? Learjet 45, plus the bare metal 125 were the only aircraft on Apron N.

Interesting that the Lear is OE-GAC (again??) noting that consensus appeared (based on sightings) to be it was registered OE-GED

Cheers Martin. Nice new paint job!!
So begs the question is there another Lear there then carrying OE-GED (noted by a couple of contributors to this forum)?

I have now been sent a photo of OE-GED Learjet 45 taken at CEG on 22nd December 2022. It is in the identical colour scheme to OE-GAC (which was repainted at CEG). So it confirms its presence and I am guessing it is hiding in a hangar ?

JD If you Google OE-GAC and OE-GED they both come up as LJ45 msn 45-036 which is weird. My photo was taken on 14th December so was it re-registered between the 14th and 22nd December or do two different aircraft exist ?

What other LearJet frames are known to be at CEG currently (apart from 45-036) ? MP

Not aware of any other Lears there at the moment Mike (not to say something may have arrived "under the radar")

Not aware of any other Lears there at the moment Mike (not to say something may have arrived "under the radar") neither am I Dave, I have had a good look thru my records but can't come up with anything .... I'm guessing that OE-GED is a 'Reservation' for c/n 45-036 which may or may not get taken up. MP

When I read the registration of OE-GED I read it from the other side of the aircraft as shown in the photo,so possibly a temporary sticker has fallen off the aircraft or not put on. Richard

I also read GED off the starboard side on the 30th of Dec. Initially thought it was GEO.
