I'm not sure if this should be in the "Zone" section but I'll take a chance...
S-76 N782V crossed overhead the airfield routing NW-SE low level at 1705 this afternoon.
It was clearly visible from my back garden in Speke (and even more clearly audible from miles away!)

Just gone into Liverpool using Sprintair 008. Another group gives this as a Saab 340 either SP-KPK or SP-KPZ. Both given aqs c/n 087, anyone able to confirm which.
Many thanks Neil Stephenson

Hi Neil,
Since we both posted messages about this at the same time,I have to add that I have NOT visually confirmed the registration marks on the Saab 340. The i/d SP-KPK which I quoted arrived by e-mail which also states that the type is a "Saab 2000"! But according to Airframes.org,SP-KPK is Saab 340 c/n 340A-026. So I believe that is probably what we have. Don't shoot me if it's wrong!
Cheers,Keith

Starways, I was in New Brighton lhis morning and saw it cross over heading towards HWD this is not unusal route for this aircraft so unless there was a problem at HWD I guess that was the destination as for ID someone will let us know.
