I HAVE FSX AND USED IT (TO LOAD) ON A NUMBER OF COMPUTERS, IT JUST A MATTER OF WAITING A FEW DAYS OR A WEEK AND TRY AGAIN. GOT TO BE HONEST I PREFER FS9.

Good morning PK, I've just read your post so by now your issue may be sorted out - in the event that it isn't, then the best policy is to give Microsoft a ring &, (from experience & providing you can give them evidence of a bona fide transaction) tell them that the disc needs re- validating & they should re - activate it for you or, state that the disc is corrupted (some sceneries won't load !) & they will/should send you new discs & off you go . I too prefer the "devil I know - FS9" & most of my hangar is for that very sim - FSX is brilliant visually but it's very problematic & prevents me from investing heavily in add ons, it's very quirky & can quite quickly ruin your simming experience An example is the JS41 - a nice little twin prop commuter that I did buy for FSX, thinking that would make a nice change from flying heavies & what a shame it is to let this sim go unused ! Now given that PMDG are first class at what they do, they produced an aircraft (again) that mirrors the real thing & is very much a challenge to master, this is compounded though by the many issues that exist in FSX & even starting the JS engines will take days to master, then once that is sorted out then we have to find workarounds for this that & the other - not what we want when we do everything right & we end up back at square one (& we see all sorts of other sims performing almost flawlessly !) I' ve heard nothing more about the new sim "Microsoft Flight", they seem to be very cagey about it, all the info they have is a mini video that shows a bi plane skimming a lake (sea ) which on the face of it, looks very good visually (but hope they have more than one plane though ) Not sure about it's leaning toward online - that might limit things a bit Cheers, icy
