I have heard that Ezy are not that happy with operations at Man, constantly late first wave departures, poor handling of multiple arrivals, one wonders will FR tolerate constantly late early morning departures.

Many of the posts on this thread would have been appropriate ten or fifteen years ago, but not now. The game has changed, Manchester is no longer the automatic first choice, even for passengers living on it's doorstep. Whichever airport can combine service with low price will continue to thrive, whereas long queues, poor communication and a poor experience will drive customers away.
Both LIverpool and Manchester have had both positive and negative comment in this regard in the recent past. No airport (or business) has a right to assume passengers will use it on name alone, they have to continue to earn that right. Time to step up to the plate.

If you don't agree with or dislike peoples posts dont reply. I'm sure your anal comments or YOU won't be missed. Post on your other forum. No doubt you will reply aggressively to this post but I don't care.

But arnt you doing the same, you dislike my posts but still reply. Its only because Im defending MAN against these inane claims. If I was like I was supporting LPL, you'd probably welcome me with open arms. Well, this may be a LPL thread, but someones got to defend MAN against claims of illegal activity and supposed other claims. After all, this is NORTH WEST air news, and MAN is in the north west.
My issues on this forum arnt with Liverpool airport, its the childish posts of some, but then people like Skyways spread rumours that could potentially be detremental to peoples livelihoods. What if you worked for someone like Monarch, and come on to a forum reading about pullouts, potentially meaning your job is at risk. You wouldnt like it would you?
Also, I like how Skyways spreads his own rumours by creating different alias's. Thats 3 Ive counted now, (panelman, Skyways and rapidman47). Amazing how several posters can agree with each other when they are the same person!

I really couldn't care whether you have a go at LPL or defend MAN as all my flights I take are from EMA or LTN. I don't dislike your posts, everyone is entitled to their opinion, I just don't like people being mean or abusive to others. Also if a MON employee read comments on this site and thought their job is at risk, there must be a serious communication issue at MON.
Just my pennies worth.

It was odd how delta154 introduced himself on PPrune the other week as a 'long time lurker, first time poster' and then proceeded to post exactly in the same tone and style as Wanna be there - who had made hundreds of posts. If you are such an expert in these things, maybe you can help clear the mystery. |
