Some good exposure for LJLA airport last night on BBC4's Secret Life of the Airport (still available via BBC iplayer).
Ok, so not that many people will have been watching BBC4, but any news is good news and all that!
[Plus, if nothing else, it is interesting to watch the main LJLA section and point and laugh: I bet Robin Tudor is feeling a bit of a twerp this morning after the BBC ran a sequence of him doing daft poses in front of the John Lennon statue!....sorry Robin]

Noticed though that LPL or Peel where not 'credited' in the end sequence.

This series runs for the next 2 Mondays at 9.00pm and, as Liverpool is included in these programmes, it can only be good for the city and its airport. Although the programme is on BBC4 there is every chance that it will go to the popular channels in the future and reach a far larger audience. All in all I felt it was a good plug for LJLA and we got greater exposure than a lot of other airports. In the past LJLA would not even have been considered for such a documentary. It is indicative of LJLA's new status within the UK airport structure.
