Amazing what you find when you go shopping. Today Monday 13th at Bidston`s Tesco Car Park I discovered this parked. Apparently it is based at RAF Kemble and is under renovation to static condition which will allow engine runs but no flying as the CAA require huge amounts of money being spent to get it airborne again safely. Tesco have allowed the owners known as 1 Xray Tango Helicopter Club to park up at various Tesco units around the UK and blag donations. they also sell pictures and small bits of information about the Heli. The guy on the info desk wasn`t fully aware much about the Heli I asked the civvy reg details and he didn`t know but I suppose Xray Tango may be a starting clue. so I am off to check. Not sure how long it is here at Bidston. Should have asked I guess net search I found this link to the Reg ID. www.flickr.com/photos/emdjt42/3597025805/in/photostream/Also this link which shows how long these guys have been blagging money forum.keypublishing.co.uk/archive/index.php?t-39299.htmlLast lInkS from Heli.com re XT788 www.helis.com/database/modelorg/46/History of XT 788 home.btconnect.com/lamontisltd/xt/nigeldark/xt788dark.htm
