Good start to 2013 with Liverpool playing Zenit St Petersburg at home on Feb 21. If they get through they play either Basel or Dnipro at home on 14 March. TU154's anyone?

Zenit are sponsored by Gazprom, the Russian oil company.
Their airline subsidiary Gazpromavia are likely to be used for team flights.
They are still flying at least one Tu154, but I would sooner see one of their Yak42s, a type that has only visited LPL once.
More likely is one of the B737-700s.
Hopefully one of their Falcon 7Xs will appear.
With the Russian league finished for the winter, Zenit's next fixture is their home game with Liverpool on 14th February. Let's hope it's not snowing too hard.

LFC fans can now book a two-night trip to St Petersburg for the away leg on 14th February through Thomas Cook Sport. Disappointingly, the trip operates out of Manchester via Helsinki. Kev

What about the team? Surely they will go from Liverpool so we should see something with a St Petersburg destination.
