I took this shot from the rear of the Forest Hills Hotel yesterday at about 2.14pm looking towards the area of Liverpool John Lennon. There are 6 unknown objects in apparent pairs stationary they didn`t remain visible for long and do not appear in any other of my shots.

Zoomed in at 400% they look like small droplets of rain, with a lighter reflection to the right of the each of the three droplet's. You can also make out dippling and slight distorsion around them.

Thanks for comments, just a comment on your thoughts, there was no rain droplets on lens nor had it been raining or snowing at the time I took the shots around this location. I took about 40 shots in various locations on top of the hill and this is only one showing these circles or whatever they are. You could be right though and they are not visitors from another Galaxy. I just have no real idea.

Probably only visible briefly as they look like Klingon ships briefly de cloaking to check things out. Chasing will be a pair of starships presumably having had shields up so all would be invisible until de cloaked or put shields down. Just a thought but would account for this phenomenon .

Can't see clearly on the pics but my theory is that it is confused reindeers who think that, because of this wintry weather, it is Christmas come early.

Almost definitely a lens aberration largely caused by the relative brightness of the time of day, reflection from the snow covered foreground and the position and angle of the sun in relation to the face of the lens which, given your reference points and time of day would have been at your 9 o'clock at 33 degrees above the horizon.
