I believe that their might be as many as 14 unfinished h800 airframes being stored at Hawarden. Not sure if HBL have shut down their production line in Wichita. If they have then might be an opportunity to grab a bargain ?? ;D ;D ;D

When I worked for BAe Corporate Jets we used to sell a new 125 every 10 days on average. We had a bell in the office which was rung every time a sale was completed and the total was amended on a wooden board which hung in the sales office. Of course there were peaks and troughs, but over the course of a year it was very unusual for us not to sell 36 aircraft whatever the economic climate. BAe sold the business to Raytheon who had no connection whatsoever with business jets and made a total mess of the business before eventually selling it on to Beechcraft with help from Goldman Sachs. Then Beechcraft get into difficulties and have now abandoned the Hawker side of the business. I doubt very much if the airframes which are in storage at the moment will ever fly. The whole thing is a scandal. Could anyone image Dassault allowing this to happen?
