I wonder if any other famous English people will follow, Brunel? John Lennon? Churchill? Maybe even Thatcher but not many may want to board that one? Perhaps even Jeremy Clarkson to boost relations with the Far East? It could end up looking like what Norwegian have on their tails.

An airport named after Lennon should be sufficient. Placing his name alongside people like Brunel, Churchill and Thatcher is a bit much for me to swallow. Putting Clarkson on anything visiting the Far East could well start another cold war.

I personally would like to see Brunel, Stephenson, and not to mention Sir Robert Peel. Maybe David Moyes for services to Liverpool?

G-EZWI a Manchester based A320 has now been fitted with Sharklets.
I have not seen it mentioned on the site but news is they are to fit the Sharklets to all the EZW and EZU A320's. No decision has been made yet regarding the EZT A320'S.
And before anyone asks I can not name the engineers who are fitting them as they might have signed the official secrets act !!! In other words you don't need to know so there :-)
