Friday before the show is normally a good day to be at Duxford.Some show aircraft arrive and many display to practise their routines and to get their display authorisations.This year was different!The cloud-base was 600 to 700 feet and no visitors could arrive and nothing could display and many European participants were unable to get here.
Eventually the L4s got airborne to have a go, as they needed little visibility to display.Nothing else moved until around 4-00pm and the Constellation got in around 6-00pm as the museum was closing.So, here are a few pictures of what little flying I saw:
