Two c/s`s having departed Mildenhall are now in the area of Wales
one unit JUNGLE 21 is orbiting above and around RAF Valley at around FL.LV 300
second unit c/s DARK 61 went to West Coast further South down coast and was also orbiting Both still visible at 2000 hrs and are coming together near coast.
JUNGLE and DARK met up and JUNGLE 21 now appears to be using c/s PANTHER 81 TIME NOW 20.10 but then separated and reverted back to JUNGLE 21.
iF Panther c/s is correct they may be flights of F.16 aircraft.
Anyone got a frequency they may be using UHF probably ?

Not sure but Jungle 21 should be an F15 and Dark 61 a B1-B, but they seem to be doing low level in Wales so suspect they are both F15's testing there night vision. Jungle 21 opping just north of Lakenheath @ 2100 hrs. Update 2115 hrs Just taken a look at Lakenheath's web-site and they are conducting night time exercises at the moment, so very likely F15's. www.lakenheath.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123428738

If your monitoring FR24 or Plane-finder is is always worth checking before you post a question what has been uploaded in the section specifically for exactly those sorts of queries. The change from Jungle to Panther c/s is probably due to two aircraft in formation with one using Jungle as lead and when separated the secondary flight id Panther lit up. as they reformed the lead aircraft resumed being shown. That`s my guess.

Just been on FR at around 20:15 I had a alert for 7700. This was JUNGLE, a USAF F15 just north of the Norfolk coast. I am assuming he was in practice as the squawk quickly changed to 6105. Not long after he disappeared off my screen.

On FR for some reason it places F-15's as JUNGLE 21 as a default. Often they use other call signs such a panther, harley etc so don't be caught out!
