Evening all,
Thought I'd share a few photos from my latest trip to the Loop.
I spent 2 days up there this week, 6/1 I spent the full day on the Bwlch Exit. It was a day where so much could of happened, however, most traffic did not come through the Loop despite being active within the NWMTA/LFA7. The light was changeable throughout the day, so made things a little tricky when the two Hawk T1s came through.

The 7/1 was a pretty tough day. I arrived at the layby for 8am to be greeted by heavy rain and strong winds. The rain was forecast up until 8am so I persevered in the hope the weather forecast would be somewhat correct for a change. Unfortunately, it didn't; The rain continued to fall, slowly turning into sleet and then transforming into a heavy snowfall. This continued until about 11:15 and then stopped. Still getting battered by the strong winds I decided to make the slightly easier climb up to the middle shelf of the Bwlch. The wind was pretty horrific whilst up there, taking into account the wind chill and the current 2.5c temperature, it's safe to say we were well into the minus figures here. This was further backed up by the heavy hail storm we then sat through at around 12:30. Thankfully, we were rewarded for our perseverance by some of the better traffic we've had up there in a long time! On the flip side, the light was also some of the worst I had ever shot in. To combat the wind I was keeping my shutter speed at around 1/1000, shooting wide open at f/4 and letting the ISO take the hammering. With the exception of the first two photos, the rest are ISO 4000 and above!!

Thanks for looking, and here's hoping to much better weather and a similar, if not, better amount of trade
