Harry Stern Airport is a small airport at Wahpeton, North Dakota. They specialize in rebuilding old aircraft ie. Mustangs and their hangars are a cornucopia of aircraft bits and pieces. They build "new" Mustangs from original drawings using a few original parts from crashed and damaged aircraft.

Nice photos Brian.

They even claim its an genuine WW11 aircraft and put its serial number on. I don't know about you but I think thats cheating especially when the only part used is a nose or tail wheel. Having said that its nice to see them in the air genuine or not.

Its a bit like the original George Washington axe used to chop down the cherry tree.

Only had 3 new heads and 4 new handles since he used it.LOL
