Don't know where you got the information that Eastern operate 4 return MAN-SOU per day. It is in fact only 2. The route can well take a further 3 return flights per day. Flybe operated 5/6 per day, which were well subscribed. [br According to a friend of mine who Lives in Southampton and has used Flybe up to MAN the route was not as busy as it used to me. Mornings and Evening busy other wise not. He moved to using the train also as Flybe's fares could often be pretty high.

The Chester to Liverpool Lime Street via South Parkway is operating as normal again. The service was suspended for a while.

Dont think it was suspended frequency was reduced but it was still operating as far as I know

When i checked a few weeks back i couldnt find a service, unless it was peak hours only or something like that. It certainly hourly again tomorrow.

There should be an increase in frequencies for trains as from next week 6th July with another revised timetable. As yet no firm details so far have been released. I think in some instances, there wont be much noticeable differance.
