So way back in 1996 a friend of mine , both of us with PPLs decided to be brave and fly ourselves in a Pa28 all the way to Guernsey for the Rally. Lots of planning, no GPS , the old flight computers then. Customs. flight plans it was all new and scary stuff. While there for a few days I took advantage of spare time to photograph some visitors. Common then , rare now. A small query re the reg of the Aurigny Trislander, shown as G-BOTN. I flew Piper Warrior, G-BOTN at Woodvale during the 80/90s Didn't think two aeroplanes could have the same registration. Any ideas please??

Any ideas please?? It's G-B DTN It is indeed a very rare occurrence with the United Kingdom civil aircraft register. It is common practice with other registers i.e. Australian and US as examples....
