Happy New Year!
A few from a damp and gloomy Prestwick. Plenty of spray from the wet runway.
18 December.

This CC-295 had arrived on 14 December from the factory at Seville on an attempted delivery flight, and is seen here returning to Seville. I don't know whether it was thwarted by the weather or a technical issue.

The recently-acquired Samaritan's Purse 757 arrived first, followed by their DC-8 as darkness fell. Both had left Prestwick for Larnaca early on the 18th, and were returning from Tel Aviv. Grainy photos, but it was great to see one of the few airworthy DC-8s.
