I was browsing through photo's on Plane Mad and came across an aircraft i did not no existed. Just had another look at the photo and noted that the tail section opens. Not as pretty as the Beluga. Mike

If you keep your eyes peeled it does fly over Pole Hill from time to time.

There are four of them, all made in Taiwan ;D The first was delivered in 2006 and the last in 2010. They are purpose built for Boeing to transport aircraft parts (mainly 787) from around the world. Boeing also holds the design copyright and is not allowing them to be built for anyone else. So everyone you see will be operating solely for Boeing.
