Well its official I'm 60- Nightmare!!!- Got up very early trying to get into a sleep pattern- always takes a couple of days to sort yourselves out and the 8 hours difference in time does not helps.
Opened my cards- lots of money inside for purchasing something for myself.
Went down to the restaurant and sampled the very cheap buffet breakfast- had gone down in price since our last visit.
After breakfast got a taxi to the car rental centre to pick our car up for the remainder of the holiday. The car was in with the holiday, so I paid for the fully comprehensive cover before I went. I arranged to pick the car up a day later basically because I was having a few drinks on the plane.
I had not driven in the states during my previous 17 visits. So I was a little bit apprehensive. How wrong I was- it's a doddle.
Only thing you have to check is using your mirrors all the time on both sides due to overtaking vehicles.
After picking up my car the wife and myself headed to the viewing area on sunset, where in a couple of hours we saw the following:-
