To induce a slight thread topic drift here.
Over the past few years, we have seen a number of major airports worldwide flooded by tsunami or heavy rains.
While it is well documented that Amsterdam Schiphol is below sea level, however which British or European airfields are most at risk from flood damage? The one I can immediately think of is Hawarden/Chester as CEG is close to sea level and I can recall has been closed by standing ground-water at least once in the recent past.
