Great shots. This looks like a brilliant place to visit, even the building looks great!
Like the shot of the Lancia Fulvia (photo 2), I had a toy one of those when I was a kid

Thanks Ian. The one above it, the Renault Dauphine was all the go when "I wer a lad." Regards Beemer. So long ago, that the advertising slogan for them at the time was 'A penny farthing a mile and you travel in style - the new Renault Dauphine.' www.classicoldcars.info/classic-car-reviews/renault-dauphine-1956-68-ghosts-of-the-past/I well remember a colleague of mine from Cambrian Airways wrapping one around a tree in Sefton Park in the mid-60s. Despite the fact that the engine was in the back, he survived. albeit with a broken nose!

Fantastic shots, pity the ones I've been to in the UK aren't as spacious.
Garstonboy, that crash reminded me of a Christmas eve in the 60's when (with my father) driving back through Sefton Park, after collecting a xmas tree from Lark Lane, a rear engined Hillman Imp had done the same thing but cost the driver his life. Your friend was very lucky indeed.

I thought the sight of old British motor cars would stir a few memories. Seeing cars you drove as a lad and are now in museums makes you feel old. Couple of things, the "Rolls Royce" isn't a RR it is a Belgian copy and I have lost the details of it. The last big limo has believe it or not wooden spokes in the wheels like a few more in the museum. Give me alloys any day. Regards Beemer.

Yeah, great shots there, Beemer. I didn't realise it existed, but I'll make sure I visit it next time I'm there. You're right though - you know you're getting old when you see cars that were once common on the roads, in a museum ;D - and in such immaculate condition, too
